Manage the Social Media presence of 4-6 brands at a time

I created out-of-the-box posts for social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and followers on social media for brands in the education, healthcare, and real estate industries.

  • Conducted customer, competitor and market research for social media campaign differentiation

  • Coordinated with design to brainstorm social media post ideas

  • Used copywriting and messaging skills to write social media captions

  • Analyzed KPIs such as impressions, reach, audience insights, and engagement and optimized the organic social media strategy to reach target audiences

  • Increased Instagram followers for most clients by at least 15-20% month on month

  • Increased reach and impressions for posts of most clients by at least 10-15% month on month

Manage social media ads of 4-6 brands at a time

I owned the strategy and campaign management for social media ads (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) for lead generation to increase win rates for brand sales teams in the education, healthcare, and real estate industries.

​Initiatives:

  • Conducted customer, competitor and market research for ad campaign messaging and brand differentiation

  • Coordinated with design to brainstorm social media ad ideas

  • Updated myself on ad best practices and new types of ads for different brand objectives

  • Analyzed KPIs such as MQLs, Cost per Lead, Sales Conversions, and Engagement and optimized the ad strategy by segmenting audiences and channels

Result:

  • Increased leads for a fitness brand to 3500+ leads a month within a $7000 budget

  • Lowered CPL by at least 15% within the first month for most clients
